This new post looks at the information found in the Nutritional Panels of Food and Beverage products. We look at Serving Sizes, Carbohydrates, Fats, Sugars and Salt plus their sub-groups. This information will give you more knowledge on how to get the most out of food labelling and allow you to make informed comparisons between products.
