Today’s new page under Healthy Eating is a new page called Introduction to Low Carbohydrate Foods for Ketosis, where I start to talk about the types of foods that you are allowed to have on a Low Carbohydrate diet. We talk about how to read nutritional panels to choose the right types of foods and how to manage your carbohydrate levels so you get into Ketosis. We look at how to read a food label and nutritional panel, and which areas of the supermarket you should focus on and which to avoid.
