I share my weight loss journey on a Low Carb diet and provide lots of recipes and information on how to lose weight, how to keep it off and in the process gain health, happiness and a longer life.
Today’s post is an addition to the Introduction to a Low Carbohydrate Foods for Ketosis page. I’ve posted a handy list of all the low carbohydrate foods that I’ve used over the past 11 months to keep my carbohydrate level down to 20-50g of carbohydrate per day. Next year we will go further into detail on these ingredients, I’ll share my favourite recipes and we’ll talk more about Ketosis, weight loss and lots of other weight loss topics.
