Asparagus is such a treat. Sweet crunchy and absolutely delicious. It’s one of the seasonal vegetables I can’t wait to find at my local supermarket at the right time of year. Asparagus can be washed and eaten fresh for a crunchy snack or quickly boiled for just a few minutes till tender. Asparagus, Parmesan and Olive Oil is one of my favourite super quick 5 minute recipes that I love to have for breakfast with or without a poached egg. Enjoy!!
