Hi Everyone, I just had to share this recipe with you as I tried it for the first time (photo above) and the results were spectacular. This recipe has come from a fantastic website called Ditch The Carbs (https://www.ditchthecarbs.com/) and the link to the recipe is below. I had seen this recipe on a number of sites before as Fat Head Dough and to be honest the name just totally threw me off. It’s also known as Mozzarella dough or Keto bread. This recipe was so quick, so easy and absolutely delicious. The original recipe is on the site link below. I just followed the instructions, and added 1 tsp mixed herbs and 1 tsp minced garlic to the mix and voila. https://www.ditchthecarbs.com/cheesy-keto-garlic-bread/
This recipe is great as an accompaniment to soups. I kept the bread for 2 days and quickly reheated a few strips in the microwave for 20 seconds. It was still fantastic and tasted fresh. You only need a few slices as this bread is really filling and will keep you feeling very satisfied. Sliced in half it toasts well but keep an eye on it so the edges don’t burn in the toaster.
