Brussel Sprouts are one of my favourite winter vegetables. I have memories of not really liking them as a child but I must admit that my mother didn’t cook them with bacon. Today’s recipe is Brussel Sprouts with Bacon. To save time I cook my brussel sprouts separately in chicken stock in the microwave and then caramelise them in the frying pan in the fat from the bacon. A perfect winter dish, and absolutely Delicious!!
