I love Cheesecake!!!! and thank goodness Cheesecake is perfect for a Keto or Low Carb diet. This Mocha Chocolate Cheesecake is a winner!!! Mocha combines the delicious combination of coffee and chocolate flavours together. I have never really done a lot of baked cheesecakes but since being on a low carb diet I find that the baked cheesecakes give you a really silky smooth result that also freezes really well. With only 3.9g of Carbohydrate per serve. This recipe is perfect for making the day before a special dinner or birthday, or just for yourself. The portions can also be frozen for a treat another day.
