As a low carb snack idea, this one is delicious and super quick to make. Steamed Edamame Beans are fantastic. Edamame or Soy Beans are great to keep on hand in the freezer. Easy to cook, just boil the whole frozen beans until tender and serve with a sprinkle of freshly ground sea salt. They are a great way of getting some extra salt when your going through Keto flu. Freshly cooked soybeans are delicious and Kids love them as they are very hands on to eat. Just pop out the beans from their skins and enjoy. !!!!
