It’s starting to warm up here in Sydney, so we are back enjoying our BBQ’s in the Spring sunshine. This Marinated Beef Steaks recipe is Mum’s recipe that I grew up with as a kid and I remember fighting over mum’s marinated steak at BBQ’s because it always tasted so much better than everyone else’s. It is so simple to make but you will be getting compliments from all your guests. It’s fantastic if you have steaks that are tough, as this marinade will tenderise and give a delicious flavour every time, it doesn’t matter how thick or thin your steaks are cut. You can use the marinade on beef, lamb or pork but I think the soy flavour goes better with beef. Enjoy!!!
