Hi Everyone, I love a slow Sunday breakfast that you can make quickly and enjoy slowly. These egg crepes are simple to make and packed full of flavour. Smoked Salmon or trout is my ultimate indulgence food, perfect for a slow Sunday breakfast. I used salmon for these Smoked Salmon Crepes and topped them with a big dollop of Parsley, Dill & Tarragon sauce (Birch & Waite). You can fill the crepes with anything you like, bacon and fried mushroom, spinach & ricotta, the options are endless. Enjoy!!!
