I love desserts, my favourite flavours are chocolate and coffee so Mocha just makes perfect sense. I made this Mocha Ricotta Whip dessert with some full fat Ricotta Cheese I had in the fridge. It was so simple to make. Just add the ingredients to a mix master with a whipping head and it’s done in under 10 minutes.
With most desserts, especially dairy based ones, they are rich and a little goes a long way. This dessert is higher on the carbohydrate scale giving 4 serves at 6.8g of Carbohydrate each. As it is so rich best to keep this dessert for when you are eating over 20g of carb a day. Remove from the fridge just before serving topped with blueberries or strawberries. Yum!!!
