Vanilla Bean Chantilly Cream (No Added Sugar)

My Grandmother used to make Chantilly Cream to go with her amazing Apple Pie. This is a no added sugar version that is perfect to use as a base for ice cream and ice blocks. It does come with a warning though as it’s delicious by the spoonful.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thickened cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Natvia Icing Mix
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

Chantilly Cream Ing RS CC

  1. Place the cream in a mixing bowl and beat on the highest speed until firm peaks form. 
  2. Add the Natvia and Vanilla Bean Extract. Beat for another minute till fully incorporated. Keep in a bowl covered in plastic wrap for 2-3 days.
